Requirements

• 1-2 years of team management experience, with a demonstrated focus on coaching • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales coaching, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth tech or hospitality environment. • Proficiency with tools such as Modjo (or similar) is essential, along with a strong passion for creating impactful content. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and support sales teams in reaching their highest potential. • Organized and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
