Description

• As a Business Development Representative at RoomRaccoon, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by proactively engaging with hoteliers. • You will demonstrate how our platform can significantly transform their business operations. • Nurturing and Managing Outbound Leads: Regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged. • Utilize CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects. • Analyze market and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates. • Proactive Engagement and Marketing to Prospects: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels. • Understand and articulate the value proposition clearly. • Identify and leverage industry trends and insights. • Strategic Creation and Management of Email Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. • Test and optimize email content and delivery strategies. • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. • Promoting Growth in Outbound Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to expand the outreach program. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals. • Continuously seek out new opportunities and channels for outreach.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and/or SaaS. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form. • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategies. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role.
