•Experience with targeted account planning and strategies •Possesses a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business •Proven account management skills •Business modelling skills, developing business cases, and compelling value propositions •Experience in a customer-facing role •Understanding of the Microsoft partner landscape •Preferably: experience with contact center software / Unified Communications
