Description

• Follow up on demonstration requests (& other marketing-qualified leads) • Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, stimulate interest • Schedule demonstrations while making and tracking activities • Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing • Ensure (CRM) data integrity • Enrich our Inbound marketing activities with your local market/cultural insights • Stay current on industry issues/trends and competitive offerings • May be required to prospect in-person locally and/or travel • Other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors. • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations. • Compelling Communicator: You captivate audiences, tailor your presentations to meet specific needs, and foster trust through clarity and confidence. • Strategic Thinker: You excel at analysing data, identifying opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies. • Results-driven: You consistently exceed targets, driven by a blend of passion and competitive spirit. • Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate needs, propose solutions proactively, and take the initiative in challenging situations. • Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in dynamic environments and adjust readily to complex and changing scenarios. • Empathetic Listener: You actively listen to understand customer needs and build genuine rapport. • Product & Industry Expert: You possess deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and convey value propositions with clarity. • Resilient & Persistent: You bounce back from setbacks and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to your goals. • Hotel or SaaS experience is an advantage
