Description

• RPI seeks a Functional Infor WFM Consultant with extensive Infor Workforce Management experience. • Lead application architecture, design, deployment, and support of Infor WFM Suite. • Implement solutions for time & attendance tracking and staffing & scheduling needs. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' processes to identify enhancement areas. • Collaborate with clients to develop a sophisticated system based on best practices. • Lead and support full cycle implementations of Infor Workforce Management. • Deliver on-time, on-budget projects and provide comprehensive training and support. • Provide thought leadership in the Infor WFM space and mentor other consultants.

Requirements

• Highly Preferred Infor Certified WFM Time and Attendance • Infor Certified WFM Multiview Scheduler • Infor Certified WFM LFSO • 7-10 years of experience implementing Infor Workforce Management • 3-5 yrs experience designing and implementing the Time and Attendance module • 3-5 yrs experience designing and implementing the Multi-View Scheduler module • Recognized leader in the INFOR WFM provider network • Ability to predict client needs and propose solutions • Ability to interact with Project Sponsors and RPI colleagues • Willingness to learn and invest time to stay current • Ability to work with the RPI Sales team
