📋 Description
• Revenue Solutions, Inc. (RSI) empowers entities through solutions that improve citizen services, increase operational efficiency, collect additional revenue and maximize compliance. • As a Senior Associate Technical Analyst at RSI, your work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring technical solutions. • Develops server applications using various programming languages. • Apart from programming language skills, back-end development is required to achieve product functionalities and meet business needs. • Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives from a technical perspective. • Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. • Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices). • Translating business requirements into technical artifacts.
🎯 Requirements
• BS in Computer Science, or related field • 2+ years of experience with Relational Databases, Data Structures, and standard development techniques (RUP, OOD, SDLC) • 2+ years of SQL skills • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly grasp and understand both business and technical concepts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with a diverse group of people including management, subject matter experts, developers, and testers • Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients • Preferred Experience: • Experience working with FICO Blaze • Experience working with a Decision Management Platform • Experience working with a business rules engine
