Description

• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) • Help maintain proposal templates • Create compelling proposals and RFI/SSN responses • Conduct research on requesting organizations • Collaborate with graphic designers and subject matter experts

Requirements

• 1-5 years’ experience in proposal writing • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Journalism, or equivalent experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to take ownership of the proposal writing process • Ensure output is compelling and provides a consistent message • Understand complex RFP requirements and ensure they are addressed • Work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines • Learn quickly and understand current/new tools • Work autonomously and as part of a team • High degree of flexibility and the ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment • Organization and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills
