• Lead engagements with RSM client companies • Participate in the initial HR Assessment of a new client company • Handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, COBRA • Provide guidance to managers on performance and compliance • Build rapport with client companies • Maintain meticulous records and assist with reporting • Participate in development of proposals
🎯 Requirements
