📋 Description
• Remote role based in the USA • Supports North American business by developing strategies for data centers • Accountable for $200m spend portfolio including MEP Design and Commissioning • Leads Design and Consultancy Services procurement for North America • Maintains relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery • Develops procurement metrics and reports to senior executives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field • MBA or similar post graduate qualification preferred • 10+ years of experience in Procurement roles, preferably in a leadership role in commercial construction • Experience with design consultants (architectural, commissioning, mechanical, engineering and plumbing) • Proven experience in risk management and change management • Deep understanding of market dynamics and procurement processes • Superior leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking • Highly proficient in financial analysis and budgeting • Knowledge of industry-related procurement practices and policies • Problem-solving mentality • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Procure-To-Pay tools • Supplier performance and scorecarding experience preferred • Travel required up to 15%
