📋 Description

•Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. •Motive serves more than 120,000 customers – from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses – across a wide range of industries. •We are hiring a Senior Sourcing Analyst, Procure-to-Pay within the Procurement organization to support P2P Operations specific to T&E. •This position will assist in advancing the savings goal targets as mandated by leadership and our business partners as well as ensuring T&E policy adherence. •The role has great potential for growth within the facets of Strategic Sourcing or Travel Expenses, the candidate will be exposed to both as part of their core job function. •Directly responsible for managing the T&E program at large and will strategize with leadership on process and policy improvements to manage overall spend.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university •1-3 years of procurement experience reviewing and negotiating Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts •1-3 years working in a tech start-up environment is preferred •Experience interacting with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external •Audit and/or public accounting experience is preferred •Basic understanding of procurement processes and corporate travel & expense programs •Ability to understand basic legal acumen and collaborate effectively with Motive Legal •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot unexpectedly when needed •Customer service-focused •Detail-oriented •Great communication skills
