📋 Description

• Responsible for initiating, submitting, and managing multiple sub-Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracts • Serves as a liaison between the subcontract and technical/clinical teams • Conducts risk review to assess contractual and financial risk to RTI • Works with subcontractor to onboard them to SupplierGateway • Processes invoices for tracking, review, and approval to ensure compliance with contractual terms • Maintains and adheres to standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of experience, or a Master's degree and at least 6 years of experience, or a PhD and at least 1 year of experience • Excellent knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel • Familiarity with SupplierGateway, OnBase, and the Subcontracts database or equivalent systems • Familiarity with NIH and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracting mechanisms • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work well with others in a team capacity • Responsive to deadlines and meeting milestones • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to listen and communicate well both verbally and in writing
