• Form business partner relationship with respective Business Manager, Center Managers, Department Managers and Section Managers • Provide ad hoc analysis, drive a culture of financial awareness and accountability • Provide financial structure and processes for Engineering Directorates • Partner with the Engineering lead in preparation, analysis, review and approval of Department level EAC’s • Review and approval of all proposal/bids • Partner with Engineering Overhead group in execution of the Overhead Budgets • Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management or related field • Requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships) • U.S. citizenship required, due to government contractual requirements • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) • Effective communication skills • Self-motivated team player with ability to work effectively and efficiently • Knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems
