• Oversee financial planning & analysis, research, scheduling, budgeting, and internal/external compliance. • Prepare financial forecasts, estimates at completion, utilizing financial and schedule modeling to provide strategic recommendations to management. • Oversee the workforce across onsite, hybrid, and remote setups. • Foster talent through collaborative assessments and create actionable plans for growth. • Create and maintain individual development plans with quarterly reviews for each employee. • Actively mentor and coach your team. • Build and strengthen relationships with other functional teams. • Ensure compliance with earned value metrics. • Manage Developmental/Production Contract Financial Obligations. • Communicate and report program results to leadership. • Develop, implement, and utilize financial tools effectively.

Requirements

• Management experience leading / supervising employees • Experience with Earned Value Management • Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role in the defense industry • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
