📋 Description
• Lead the development of Total Rewards strategy for Germany, France, Holland and other countries • Define an EMEA reward strategy • Champion clear reward communication as part of the overall employee communication • Drive HR & leader education in all aspects of the Total Rewards agenda • Act as a business partner/consultant to the HR community on Total Rewards matters
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR or another related field • Fluent in German and English essential • Natural leader with excellent communication skills • Extensive experience in compensation & benefits and/or HR • Strong business acumen and high level of professionalism • Experience in implementing reward strategies in a unionized environment
