• Lead project initiation, definition, planning and coordination of key strategic initiatives • Coordinates with BRM, senior leaders and executives to capture business requirements • Identify and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project planning • Follow established processes and procedures and influence policy, practice and procedure • Actively manage internal/external suppliers in decision and planning process for solution definition

Requirements

• Typically a minimum of 10+ years in digital project management • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent work experience • 3+ years’ knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll functional areas • 3+ years’ experience developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses • Current U.S. citizenship required
