You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Bixal does not provide visa sponsorship.   • What will you do? • In this role, you are an advocate for Agile, committed to open communications and transparency to nurture high performing teams under the Scrum or Kanban framework. You believe in the power of using communication and technology to improve lives and are comfortable leading a software product team to support the digital transformation of a large Federal agency. • The Senior Project Manager is well versed in managing complex technical projects, especially Drupal applications. He or she will gain a clear understanding of the Product Owner(s) vision and facilitate the work of software product teams with a people-first approach and positive attitude. • Important note • This is a full-time proposal position contingent on contract award.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline plus at least eight years of related work experience managing complex projects, including Agile/Scrum environments, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Experience includes relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility, including leading high-performing project teams and accountability for project delivery with oversight of a large project team. • Exceptional leadership skills. • Demonstrated history of interfacing with cross-functional teams, senior management, external clients, and other stakeholders. • Demonstrated history of navigating issues and risks through solution identification and problem-solving. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Experience in human-centered design and Agile methodologies. • Acute attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Strong experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, and experience using SharePoint and virtual collaboration tools such as Miro and JIRA. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
