You believe in the power of using communication and technology to improve lives and are comfortable leading a software product team to support the digital transformation of a large Federal agency. • The Senior Project Manager is well versed in managing complex technical projects, especially Drupal applications. He or she will gain a clear understanding of the Product Owner(s) vision and facilitate the work of software product teams with a people-first approach and positive attitude. • This is a call for resumes as we are screening candidates for an upcoming opportunity to support one of our most esteemed federal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline. • Ability to undergo a background investigation by the U.S. Government and meet eligibility requirements for suitability. • 7+ years of related work experience in relevant positions of increasing scope and responsibility, and several years leading high performing teams and directly supervising people. • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise level Drupal projects with a deep understanding of Drupal. • Familiarity with Web CMS related site development tools such as JIRA, Git, as well as virtual environments, configuration management, continuous integration, etc. • Exceptional management and leadership skills. • Demonstrated history of interfacing with cross-functional teams and senior management, as well as external clients and other stakeholders. • Demonstrated history of navigating issues and risks through solution identification and problem solving. • Strong oral and written communications skills. • Experience in human-centered design and Agile methodologies. • Acute attention to detail and excellent organization skills. • Strong experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
