📋 Description

• This position will be responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity. • Responsible for all aspects of a project, including design, negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, budget review, project schedule, coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing customer relationships for on-time, on-budget delivery. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. • Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses. • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation. • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results. • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity. • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers. • Minimum three years of project management or project engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, AI (Prompts, LLM, Co-Pilots), SalesForce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and relevant web application skills at a professional level. • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and drive multiple projects simultaneously. • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines. • Professional and positive attitude. • Proven success in process improvement, self-development, planning, and performance management.
