Description

• Responsible for leading the ethics & compliance program for the Operations organization. • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver compliant business solutions on ethics and compliance issues. • Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to mitigate compliance risks. • Ensure adherence to RTX’s Code of Conduct. • Support investigations and training needs for Operations employees. • Analyze data and trends for continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in ethics, operations and/or compliance; OR an advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in ethics, operations and/or compliance • US Citizenship required, due to government contracts, programs and projects • General knowledge of P&W Operations • Approachable and discreet • Objective, fair and sound judgment • Honest, direct and straightforward in communications • Positioned to make independent judgments with strong decision-making skills • Ability to influence actions, decisions and to drive change • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels throughout the organization
