Description
• Troubleshoot/resolve customer problems of complex nature • Document and report product/application defects • Serve as an escalation point for other Support Teams • Ensure compliance with security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies
Requirements
• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant discipline with 8+ years of experience in IT System Administration • Expert knowledge in Windows server design and implementation, SAN, LAN/WAN routing, and cybersecurity • Experience with administration of managed service accounts and PKI Certificate implementation • Hands-on experience with designing, implementing and supporting Windows server platforms: Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
