Description

• Lead and continuously improve the Interiors Documentation Management Program • Oversee certification management initiatives for the Interiors organization • Establish and implement a robust Compliance Reporting Program for Interiors • Support the implementation of One Collins Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures • Conduct comprehensive quality management system audits • Collaborate with Interiors Strategic Business Unit sites to address nonconformance's • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance requirements • Prepare and present compliance updates and reports to senior leadership • Stay informed on industry regulations and standards

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • U.S. citizenship is required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or quality management • Demonstrated expertise in document management • Experience managing corrective actions and driving resolution processes • Strong understanding of ETQ systems • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Tableau, and SharePoint design • Experience with Project Management and Lean Process Improvement (CORE) • Lead Auditor Certification in AS9100 is required (AS9110 also preferred)
