Description

• Manage, develop, evaluate and/or coordinate review packages for Q&MA and Raytheon briefings • Engage and execute special projects and strategic initiatives for Q&MA VP and leaders • Provide expert facilitation for Q&MA and cross-functional teams • Create/modify high-quality, clear and concise charts, summaries, and other communications • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem solving with stakeholders • Provide templates, guidance, and instruction on expected results

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of program and functional business experience within the defense community • Work experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working independently, with minimal supervision • Experience showing organizational, coordination, planning, evaluation, teaming and problem-solving skills • Experience presenting orally to diverse stakeholders and creating written reports and presentations • Experience supporting executives and senior managers • Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of an organization • U.S. citizenship is required
