• Initiate internal and external projects • Own the creation of detailed plans • Facilitate regular project meetings • Lead the identification and implementation of project management processes • Accountable for forward forecasting of projects • Ownership of the resourcing plan • Produce regular progress reports • Facilitate and promote a project-management-oriented culture • Acts as a change champion within Rubica

Requirements

• End-to-end project management experience • PMO experience including overseeing the delivery of projects • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Comfortable working with and challenging senior team members • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills • Active listening skills • High attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Quick to adapt to new systems/tools/processes
