β€’ As a Billing Support Associate at Ruby Labs, you will be integral to managing fraud-related risks. β€’ You will respond to early fraud alerts, handle disputes, and manage chargeback cases. β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and work to prevent financial losses in billing operations.

Requirements

β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Experience in billing operations, fraud prevention, or financial services preferred. β€’ Knowledge of chargeback management processes and dispute resolution. β€’ Familiarity with fraud detection tools and payment service providers. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. β€’ Experience working with multiple payment gateways and processors preferred. β€’ Experience in customer service or fraud detection preferred.
