Description

• Ruby Labs is seeking a Digital Reputation and Crisis Manager. • Oversee and enhance the online reputation of multiple companies within the group. • Safeguard and strengthen brand presence through ORM strategies, crisis management, and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management with successful cases. • Experience in copyright protection and brand defense. • Strong understanding of digital rights management. • Proven track record of handling multiple company profiles simultaneously (at least 1 is required, multiple is nice to have). • Strong understanding of ORM tools and techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with social media platforms, review sites, and other online channels. • Ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences. • Crisis management and problem-solving skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
