• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating and operating innovative consumer products. • Seeking a specialized Telegram User Acquisition Manager to drive subscriptions across three brands. • Requires mastery of Telegram's unique features and advertising capabilities to attract and convert subscribers. • Develop and implement strategies to improve return on ad spend (ROAS). • Conduct in-depth analysis of Telegram campaign performance metrics. • Design and implement optimal campaign structures on Telegram.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of strong experience in subscription user acquisition (web-web, web-app) with relevant products. • Proven track record in Telegram advertising at scale, focusing on lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. • Deep understanding of Telegram's advertising platform and features. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in UA analytical tools and techniques, particularly those relevant to Telegram. • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable testing plans and campaign optimizations. • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
