Description

• We're looking for a talented Brand Designer to join the Marketing team at Rula and help continue to shape the future of our brand's visual identity. • As a key member of our creative team, you'll help drive Rula’s growth by developing creative assets for brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and high-impact activations across web, video, and more. • You'll help evolve Rula’s brand identity in this role, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience across all touchpoints and channels. • You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from creative concept development to execution, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams including web, product, marketing, and sales, as well as external agencies and partners. • We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant design solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • A portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, design principles, color usage, and current design trends across digital and print • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate design choices and present ideas • 1+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaborating on web and digital projects • Experience using AI for image creation and creative exploration • Background in both in-house and agency work • Experience planning and managing mid-to-large scale projects from concept to completion
