You will lead engineering efforts to assess and improve third-party integrations to improve scale, security, and reliability. Success will be measured by the ability to lead through others, teaching leadership and stakeholder management principles, and setting, measuring, and achieving technical and project goals.

Requirements

15+ years in software engineering, 10+ in engineering leadership roles, at least 3 years managing managers At least 8 years experience working in application development teams (as an engineer or manager) Experience managing third-party integrations that are in the critical path of operations Experience building or leading teams in a SaaS environment, ideally in AWS Experience leading teams in a scrum agile environment
