•Over 5 years of experience in selling Pega (Pegasystems) technical solutions •Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms •Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs •Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executives •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software •Ability to negotiate commercial contracts •Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them •Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business •Bachelor's degree in a related field. •Nice-to-Have: Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
