Requirements
• 5+ years of insurance compliance with some life insurance exposure. Experience with legislation, regulatory research and claims a plus • Strong project management, critical thinking, planning, organization and analytical skills • Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational levels and execute on initiatives • Comfortable taking a risk-based approach • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the rationale for requirements and gain buy-in from stakeholders • Strong personal integrity and drive • BS/BA required or equivalent work experience
