• The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for driving product success through positioning and messaging. • Communicating product value and increasing product adoption and retention. • This role requires a leader with an ownership mentality for driving impact. • Comfort in guiding decision-making based on data and ambiguous information. • Experience in go-to-market planning underpinned by research.

Requirements

• Spend significant time with customers and non-customers to gather external insights. • Create and deliver a new and strategic pricing model. • Partner with Head of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops. • Serve as a Tax.com/Product Management representative in Tax as a Service efforts. • Lead market research efforts to support roadmap priorities. • Create and maintain Tax.com personas and customer journeys. • Represent the voice of the customer in drafting value propositions. • Suggest new product enhancement ideas and accompanying business cases. • Work with product management teams to define goals and associated metrics.
