Description

• Transforming data into actionable insights to support cross-functional GTM team of Tax.com. • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using primarily Power BI. • Ensure data integrity, manage reporting processes, and collaborate with departments. • Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar technical area preferred. • Industry experience in B2B SaaS environment required. • Proven track record in developing reporting and insights from multiple data sources, ideally in professional services or finance. • Experience in managing and delivering high-visibility operational reporting accurately and on schedule. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, and Internet. • Basic knowledge of database technology platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. • Experience with business system applications like SFDC, SAP, Workday, Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft is advantageous. • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) preferred.
