• Responsible for driving financial strategy as a key partner to CEO. • Own the weekly operational forecast to guide decision-making. • Design and optimize the company’s compensation strategy. • Collaborate with accounting team on compliance and management. • Lead initiatives to upgrade the tech stack for finance functions. • Develop and oversee department budgets to align with goals.
Requirements
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience. • Proven experience running finance in a company that has grown from $10 million to at least $30 million in revenue. • Strong knowledge of tax implications for Canadian and U.S. corporate structures. • Advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills. • Clear communication skills to translate complex financial data. • Experience building and managing financial strategies. • Experience implementing technology solutions to improve finance operations. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
