• Establishes relationships with key customers to achieve our Core Purpose. • Answers inbound telephone calls and provides information to secure hotel reservations. • Assists with service requests that drive incremental revenue to our member hotels. • Processes reservation requests and service inquiries received via email. • Produces error free work that minimizes payouts. • Maintains understanding and adherence to all SABRE policies and procedures. • Participates in team meetings.

Requirements

• Needs to speak and write in Italian, French and English. • High school education • Telephone/call center experience and some customer service experience a plus • Hospitality, travel, luxury, international experience preferred. • Familiar with using a PC, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
