Description
• Lead agency conversion projects from requirements definition through implementation. • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project adherence to scope and schedule. • Develop relationships with customers and third parties. • Create and maintain project documentation, project plans, and risk assessments. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements
• Two or more years of Project Management Experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers. • Multilingual Proficiency in English + German (additional languages considered a plus) • Proficient in project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, scope management, and resource allocation. • Excellent presentation skills • Professional certification such as Prince2 or PMP preferred • Team player with experience of working with different cultures in a global environment. • Familiarity with travel-specific technologies, booking systems, and emerging tools that optimize operational efficiency within the travel industry. • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and seamless experience for travel agents, addressing concerns promptly and proactively. • Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success.
