• As Project Manager (m/w/d), crucial role in supporting the Head of Project Planning & Execution and accompany all phases of the project lifecycle. • Main responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of the project portfolio and pipeline, as well as planning and implementing acquired projects. • Ensure efficient coordination, monitoring, and support, taking the lead on key administrative tasks contributing to smooth project execution. • Collaborate with the Head of Project Planning & Execution to establish processes and benchmarks for implementation, ensuring adherence to project objectives. • Take charge of project control and scheduling activities to maintain up-to-date overview of trends, risks, and opportunities identified through ongoing project evaluations, portfolio analysis, and billing forecasts. • Conduct regular evaluations of projected versus actual progress across the entire project portfolio. • Ensure smooth project execution while adhering to cost and timeline objectives. • Correspond with clients and suppliers from order placement to final acceptance. • Prepare quotations and associated cost calculations according to established workflows. • Generate and maintain project documentation. • Communicate and exchange information with other involved departments.

Requirements

• Completion of commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in project management, secretarial, or team assistant roles is required. • Proficiency in MS Office applications, demonstrating excellent command over various software tools. • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential for effective communication. • Strong numerical understanding, quick comprehension, and excellent organizational skills with high stress resilience. • Demonstrated communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and assertiveness. • Self-motivated and resilient individual capable of working autonomously. • Possession of a collaborative, team-oriented, and well-organized work ethic. • High level of independence, dedication, and assertiveness in task execution. • Effective negotiation skills and confident engagement with both customers and suppliers. • Demonstrated commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and methodically. • Adaptability to change, coupled with strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
