Description

• Overseeing and managing the deployment of charging sites in Germany. • Responsible for acquiring permits, securing grid connections, civil works, and construction. • Deployment planning (milestones/activities), including scope and budget planning. • Managing external contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met. • Evaluating project deliverables and performance with relevant stakeholders. • Managing ongoing relationships with key teams (asset management, engineering, SHEQ). • Ensuring transparency on project costs and monitoring budget. • Identify issues affecting feasibility and timelines for new charging sites.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. • Preferably you have experience with project management within the construction industry and feel comfortable with highly complex (electro)technical installation projects. • Extensive experience in project and vendor management. • Ability to work independently while also being able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility. • Excellent English and German skills. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and make well-judged decisions. • Looking forward to learning new things and picking them up quickly, including new skills, environments, and people skills; resilient. • Alignment with the mission and values (specifically: reliable, sustainable and fast-paced). • Radiating energy, positive thinker, and easily engaging others in various ways. • Interested in diverse candidates.
