• Provide technical support to clients (US) via phone/email/ticketing system • Strive for first call resolution by efficiently and effectively addressing client issues during initial contact, according to service level agreements (SLAs). • Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft Cloud, Office Apps, Networks • Work collaboratively and learn from Senior Engineers • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years IT experience (MSP, Corporate IT, Consulting) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure • Ticketing System experience (ConnectWise, ServiceNow) • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
