With our enterprise-grade Trust Center Platform, we automate the security review process and transform how you communicate your trust posture, ditching outdated 'security through obscurity' in exchange for transparency that helps you build customer trust, gain valuable insights, and elevate your security story. • We are a fully remote company with amazing talent in the US & Canada. • As a Solutions Engineer, Implementation you’ll be a technical champion, supporting customers throughout their SafeBase journey – pre-sales, onboarding, and beyond. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to help our customers achieve their business objectives through technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company. • Entrepreneurial mindset - previous experience as an early joiner in a technology startup or evidence that you are scrappy with a "get-it-done" attitude. You thrive in an ambiguous environment and want to wear many hats. • A track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously, while operating independently to drive projects to completion • High-level technical understanding of software and concepts such as Cloud Service Providers, Identity Providers(IdPs), CDN’s (Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly), Authentication Providers (Auth0), Email Delivery Services (Postmark, Courier) • Strong analytic and problem solving skills with a knack for attention to detail. • A history of successfully working in similar roles with large enterprise customers. You understand that onboarding new tools at large organization involves managing multiple moving parts. • A creative mind. As a small team, major features can take time to build. You know how to take what a customer wants and find alternative ways to enable them to accomplish their goals with the existing product. • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering). • Experience being customer facing and enjoys helping customers reach their business goals.
