• Disciplined self-starter with 3+ years of consultative sales experience, selling complex technology solutions (ideally integrated video / security systems) • Technical aptitude, along with a good understanding of internet and wireless communication systems and topologies; • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical buyers/influencers at the end user level; • Excellent oral and written communication; • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills; • Experience developing customized strategies and proposals that win new business • Skilled in developing and delivering marketing proposals and presentations; • Excited to work in a highly entrepreneurial setting where 'many hats' must be worn. • Hard driving, "Close the Deal" attitude is important but must be balanced with flexibility, patience and adaptability; • Project management experience will be a great asset; • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite • Valid driver’s license is required – travel within the territory and Houston, TX facility (up to 70%)
