Description

• Generate new business meetings and opportunities in the DACH market through a multi-touch outreach approach including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn. • Discover prospects' needs and pain points and clearly articulate how Safeguard services, features and benefits solve for those. • Research full buyer maps on the accounts and engage with each stakeholder with the most relevant approach. • Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with prospects that are not fully qualified. • Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database. • Record all sales activities accurately in Salesforce. • Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed targets and KPI’s. • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

Requirements

• A successful background in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within the DACH market. • Strong experience within B2B lead generation. • A confident negotiator and influencer - liaising with C-Level Executives. • Proven ability to identify, contact, and cold call prospects and customers. • Skilled in professional communication with business leaders, both via email and phone. • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team. • Being tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature with the desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organisation. • Having keen attention to detail with outstanding organisational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines. • Native German speaker. • Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach and/or SalesLoft. • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
