Description

• Coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of Local Markets Operations employees. • Monitor legislation and process changes. • Check legislation changes, monitor regular publications. • Run training material and training sessions for the teams. • Prepare and maintain a training presentation on payroll and usage of German Payroll Software. • Train all new joiners on German payroll and German Payroll Software. • Support all teams on payroll processes and German Payroll Software functionality. • Collaborate with system integration team and ensure compliance to client requirements and provide training. • Put in place controls procedure out and inside payroll software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Degree in business related field. • 5 year experience on German Payroll minimum. • Past experience as SME or Trainer. • Fluency in English and German, written and oral communication skills are essential. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. • Must have the ability to comfortably interact & communicate with all levels of the organization. • A self-starter personality with ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment. • Strong administration and organizational skills are essential. • High levels of attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Self-directed individual with initiative and demonstrated leadership abilities.
