Description

• Proactively lead projects related to climate impact through investment. • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects at once. • Effectively develop and deepen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. • Bring new relationships and strengthen existing client relationships that generate new business for Sagana.

Requirements

• Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years actively working in a well-established consulting firm. • Experience developing and growing climate projects in emerging markets working with catalytic capital such as foundations, corporations, and other global actors. • Experience working with culturally diverse client and colleague teams is necessary! • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders. • Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture. • Skilled communicator, both written and oral. • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
