Description

• Proactively lead projects across all Sagana Consulting’s topic areas, ensuring quality and further developing team’s skills • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple projects at once • Coach team members on project management. • Effectively develop and deepen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders • Strengthen existing client relationships and identify/cultivate new ones that generate new business for Sagana.

Requirements

• Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years actively working in a well-established consulting firm. • Experience managing and developing a team of consultants to deliver to a high standard • Experience working with culturally diverse client and colleague teams is necessary! • Proven project management skills in growing complex projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders. • Thrive in an entrepreneurial culture. • Skilled communicator, both written and oral. • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
