Description
• Perform and communicate data-based impact analysis on broader issues on a policy level. • Coordinate with Project Management and Compliance on priority of remediations. • Provide support through the analysis and corrective actions on remediations. • Identifying areas of workflow and process deficiencies within existing remediation workflows. • Foster collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders to address organizational issues. • Ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to solve organizational issues • Ability to problem-solve, manage workload, and plan to meet deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in creating functional documentation • Interest in process automation • Experience leading, organizing, and executing work for a team of analysts or engineers • Experience with workforce management software (JIRA)
