• Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development • Work closely with engineering partners • Champion technical products for organizational goals • Define and implement product practice enhancements • Leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis in decision-making • Champion team collaboration and values • Ensure team health and performance enhancements
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product management or relevant work experience • Background in computer science, engineering, HCI • 3+ years in designing services and APIs for other engineers and teams • Knowledge and familiarity with LLMs, AI, GenAI, co-pilot, and other emerging technologies • Experience in CI/CD, cloud computing, security • Excellent analytic aptitude • Must be able to assess and address complex business problems and develop and implement solutions to meet market opportunities • Ability to work in a collaborative fashion or independently, a true coach-player mentality • Strong written communication and oral communication skills and a professional demeanor • Strong ability to communicate on a business and technical level • Insurance, financial, payments or related industry experience
