📋 Description

• We are looking for a talented Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join our delivery team at sa.global. • Deliver high-quality finance solutions to Professional Services clients, guiding them through implementations, optimisations, and business transformations. • Lead financial process improvements, ensure best practices, and support complex ERP projects across the industry. • Report directly to the Industry Practice Manager and be based in the UK. • Work normal hours (9am-5:30pm UK time) but may need to work outside of usual hours. • Provide strategic financial guidance and best practices for streamlining operations and improving financial efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 F&O advancements and recommend enhancements to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Finance & Operations Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience of implementing end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functionality and project lifecycle, wide modular experience especially Finance, Project Accounting & HR. • Strong experience with financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting. • Expertise in financial processes, accounting principles, including project accounting. • Analytical, structured and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions within D365 F&O. • Experience in designing and delivering financial automation and compliance solutions. • Hold relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. • Multi industry experience including strong Professional Services and/or Legal experience an advantage. • Prior experience of working within a Microsoft Partner or a similar consultancy environment. • Experience using standard project management methodology such as Waterfall, Agile etc. • Must possess strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally. • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders (external & internal), finance teams, and technical resources.
