β€’ Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms. β€’ Lead job and task analysis to document job responsibilities and requirements. β€’ Source potential candidates on social media platforms. β€’ Parse particular skills and capabilities to screen IT resumes. β€’ Assess the abilities of the applicant by pre-screening calls. β€’ Interview candidates consolidating different techniques. β€’ Collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast the hiring needs and objectives of the department. β€’ Write and send customized recruiting emails with current employment openings to the passive candidates. β€’ Partake and engage in tech meetings, conferences, and meetups to coordinate with Information Technology experts and professionals. β€’ Create job offer letters and onboard new hires. β€’ Promote the reputation of the company for being an extraordinary workplace.

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field. β€’ Proven 3+ years of recruiting experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Recruiter in a recruiting agency. β€’ Skilled in different interview formats. β€’ Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. β€’ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. β€’ Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques. β€’ Great oral and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent understanding of HR practices. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong organization and analytical skills. β€’ An outstanding problem-solver. β€’ A keen eye on details for accuracy. β€’ Good time management skills.
