β€’ Passion Product is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs and creators through premium educational e-commerce. β€’ Searching for a Video Sales Specialist in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. β€’ Conduct 25-50 weekly video sales calls via Google Meet with warm leads. β€’ Nurture leads using multi-channel strategies, including email and text follow-ups. β€’ Manage and update sales progress in HubSpot CRM. β€’ Collaborate with a compact and efficient remote team of 5-7 members. β€’ Work independently while aligning with team goals.

Requirements

β€’ A US-based professional with at least 6 months of video sales experience. β€’ A self-motivated individual with a strong growth mindset and a passion for results. β€’ Proficiency with Google Meet, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, and Slack. β€’ A team player who excels in a remote-first environment and contributes to team success.

Benefits

β€’ Compensation: Earn 10% commission per sale (e.g., $480 for a $4,800 sale). Typical on-target earnings (OTE) range from $85,000 to $150,000+/year. β€’ Hourly rate of $35/hour for admin tasks and meetings (~3 hours per week). β€’ Performance-based bonuses for hitting sales targets. β€’ Flexible scheduling with a global customer base. β€’ Comprehensive 2-week hybrid training program.
