• First line of contact with customers ensuring their success using Salsify. • Develop and maintain understanding of Salsify platform and customer needs working with global support team. • Provide support in French and English to retailers, distributors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) • History of high performance and known as the go-to person • Technical with a customer-first mindset comfortable with HTML, APIs, log files, networking, system architecture • Experience with common support tools like Salesforce, Jira (or similar) • Ability to explain new technical concepts to a wide variety of personas
