We are a full-service Salesforce consulting and implementation partner with longstanding expertise in Automotive, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud & Managed Services and over two decades of experience translating customer needs into project success. • Who Will Love This Job: • We are looking for a Salesforce subject matter expert, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management. • You work closely with our Salesforce team of developers, consultants and administrators to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet our clients’ requirements. • This person will need to have a deep knowledge of modern technology, stacks and tools and have the ability to understand current business applications. • This role will be responsible for the highest levels of design and scope for particular clients and business applications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of CRM industry experience • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate system • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire • MUST have a strong consulting background
